Have you heard of Mississippi Pot Roast? Did you know it works for pork roast too!

Recipe:
One pork roast
One stick of butter
One jar of Pepperoncini Pepper(we do medium heat)
Save about 1/4 cup of juice to put in
Packet of Ranch seasoning
Packet of Au Jus Gravy mix
And as much garlic as you want
Put it all in a crockpot and set on low for 8 hours. Shred meat and serve with mashed potatoes! Pro tip cut the stems off the peppers before putting in crockpot.
