Even the sunflowers are absolutely loving this year's growing season! 🌻 Take a look at these huge sunflowers that just opened up. These beauties stand tall—a good 1 to 2 feet taller than me! And I'm not the only one enjoying them; the bees are definitely happy to see them blooming and are already hard at work. 🐝💛

We’ve been up bright and early every single morning, harvesting to take full advantage of this incredibly beautiful growing season! We've been working hard to keep the store fully stocked with the absolute freshest treats for you and your family's weekend enjoyment. 🧺☀️
As a reminder, everything here is 100% grown and picked by hand. We never use chemicals or sprays, and no machinery ever touches our fields. It’s just pure, clean, chemical-free goodness from our family to yours! 🌱👐

Here is what’s fresh from the fields this morning and waiting for you in the store:
🍉 Fruity & Sweet: Cantaloupe, red seeded watermelon, yellow watermelon, and Paula Red apples!
🍅 Veggies & More: Plump red slicing tomatoes, green tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, fresh-picked juicy sweet corn, zucchini, beets, cucumbers, pickling cucumbers, red potatoes, onions, and celery.

🎃 PUMPKIN WATCH!
For our pumpkin lovers, they are growing incredibly fast. Apparently, the pumpkins decided they just don't want to wait this year! 😂 We are hoping to have our first pie pumpkins hitting the store as early as Tuesday, with full-size pumpkins arriving in the next couple of weeks!

What do you do on a nice, cool morning before the sun brings the heat? 🌅
If you’re an animal here at RMT Farms, the answer is simple: step outside, soak in that crisp morning air and total peacefulness, and just lounge around without a single care in the world. 🐐🦃✨
From the goats claiming all the best shady spots to the turkeys strutting their stuff and the emus taking a quiet morning stroll, everybody has their relaxation routine down to a science.

Happy Tuesday, Everyone! 🌅
There is truly nothing quite like stepping out into the fields just as the sun comes up—taking in that crisp early morning air, the quiet mist, and the peaceful start to a busy harvest day. While this season has had its fair share of ups and downs, we are soaking in every single bit of the incredible bounty our fields are sharing with us right now.
Today’s harvest just hit the market shelves—all hand-planted, hand-picked, and grown 100% chemical-free with zero sprays and zero heavy equipment used in our fields.
Here is what is fresh and ready for your table today:
* Sweet & Fruity: The very first of our yellow watermelons, fresh cantaloupe, sweet corn, and crisp Paula Red apples (brought in from our good friends over at Ricker Hill Orchards!).
* Garden Goodness: Plump red tomatoes, yellow tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, green tomatoes, slicing cucumbers, zucchini, beets, new red potatoes, onions, and crisp celery.
* First Taste of Fall: Winter squashes are officially all here! Grab your buttercup, spaghetti, delicata, and acorn squashes.

💐 Special Feature of the Week!
We paired up with our good friends at The Garden Spot Market (the Amish store in Wales) to bring you gorgeous fresh-cut gladiolas! We have them packaged in bundles of 12 stems for just $12 per pack ($1 a stem!). Each bundle comes with the stem bottoms in a bag of water so they stay vibrant and fresh until you get them home into your favorite vase. Quantities are limited, so come snag a burst of color for your home while they last!

Don't forget to stock up on all your everyday market staples while you're here—we have our own fresh eggs, apple c***r from Ricker Hill, our own pure raw honey, meats, cheeses, farm-style canned goods, and so much more.

Many of you have asked this summer when we would have Ricker Hill canned c***r back in stock. Well, we finally had some space open up in our fridge and had a day to get out to Ricker Hill to restock!
As you can see in the photo, we are fully loaded with:
* Canned Carbonated C***r: Original McIntosh Blend and Cran-Breeze
* Half-Gallon Bottled C***r: Sweet C***r and Cran-Breeze
But that’s not all! While we were visiting our good friends over in Turner, we were also able to get our hands on the very first apples of the season. Check out these gorgeous, crisp Paula Reds in our store! 🍏
All of this is available in our farm store for your enjoyment as of this morning. Now that we have these back, we plan on doing our best to keep them in stock regularly all through the winter.

Boy, this weather has been on a wild rollercoaster lately, hasn't it? We are definitely ready for Mother Nature to make up her mind! 😅 But rollercoasters aside, there is truly nothing like getting out into the fields nice and early just as the sun comes up. Taking full advantage of that early morning coolness and peaceful quiet makes all the hard work worth it.

🎃🚨 WARNING: PUMPKIN INVASION IN PROGRESS! 🚨🎃

Despite the lack of rain this summer, our produce has been thriving—so much so that our fall crops decided they couldn’t wait their turn and crashed the summer party early! 😂
During our morning harvest check, we went to inspect the pumpkin and gourd patch. Y'all… they are literally exploding in size and taking over! Every single morning we have to move our markers further back just to keep up with the vines. As you can see, we’ve even had to set up official Authorized Personnel Only caution barriers just to contain the pumpkin madness! 🚧🚜
I know it’s only August and most people aren't ready to think about fall yet, but our pumpkin patch is making sure everyone knows they're ready. 🌾 Some of these beauties are already huge and starting to change color, while little baby pumpkins are hiding safely beneath the giant leaves, growing bigger by the day.
Even our gourds are making an appearance! They aren’t rushing quite as fast as the pumpkins, but they definitely want us to know they’re in on the fun too.

There really is nothing better than these peaceful early morning garden walks, watching everything transform from tiny seeds into big, beautiful rewards. 🌿

Walked into the barn tonight to do evening chores and caught the absolute cutest moment! 🥺🐔
This momma hen takes her job very seriously when it comes to keeping her babies nice and safe. Here on the farm, we always have a few hens each year that appear with babies, and we love letting the mommas keep and raise them. But this girl is hands-down the BEST, most protective momma out of them all! ❤️
Her chicks are already around a month and a half old, but they are still doing their best to squeeze right under her. Just look at the hilarious look on that little white chick's face poking out of her feathers in the pics, as if to say 😂 "Mom, I'm squished but I'm safe!"
And you definitely can't miss the other chick catching a free piggyback ride on mom. 🐓🐥
