The toddler session ended today with checking out owl pellets! The kids learned the owls can’t digest all the fur and bones and so that part of their prey gets thrown up in a little ball that we got to dissect to see what animal they are 🤣 of course baby snuggles happened too!

What a great experience today! Sam the Beekeeper came and taught us so many cool things about bees and showed us some of the bees from the hives on our property! We also had baby surprises - baby pigs, the eggs we’ve been incubating since the start of class hatched, and a stray kitten joined! We really enjoyed this group! Our Friday classes are full for the rest of the year but we do have space in our Monday classes!

Toddler class today focused on predators, testing the live trap, a bug collection craft, roasting marshmallows for s’mores and of course lots of time with the baby pigs! We do have space in our last two toddler sessions of the year. Our homeschool classes are full but older kids or siblings are welcome to register and join the Monday class. https://lithiaspringsfarm.com/classes/toddler
