What a weekend!

We had an absolutely crazy, busy, FUN weekend with two beautiful events back-to-back - a family brunch and a sweet baby shower!

Things were moving so quickly that we may have forgotten to take pictures of some of the dishes (the life of a caterer!), but we still wanted to share a few highlights from each celebration.

And we have to give a HUGE thank you to our amazing team who showed up early, stayed late, worked your hearts out, and somehow even helped take care of our little man in the process. We truly couldn’t do these busy weekends without ALL of you!

We’re so grateful for our clients, our team, and the opportunity to be part of such special moments.

Here’s to busy weekends, beautiful celebrations, full tables, and even fuller hearts!

We had the sweetest time serving an amazing family this past weekend for a beautiful bridal shower at one of our absolute favorite venues, January + June

We are so grateful to be part of these special celebrations and to help make their day a little more memorable.

And now… we are heading into a CRAZY weekend with back-to-back events Saturday AND Sunday! We are unbelievably excited!

Alright everyone, all the Gourmet Grab & Go Meals are added on the website for the remainder of the year. The last order will be December 7th because we have a lot of events and holiday meals for order. Thank you for all your support so far it has been incredible!

Where are all my pickle lovers at! Tomorrow is the last day to order this gourmet grab and go meal! You can order directly online at www.vannocatering.com

This dish features chicken breast that is brined in Grillo’s pickle juice, then tossed in Parmesan cheese, our signature garlic and pickle seasoning, panko breadcrumbs and pan fried until crispy. We then top it with a creamy pickle ranch with fresh dill, garlic and off course more pickles!!! Too much? We don’t think so.

The side for this dish is grilled potatoes on top of Tzatziki with a shallot and parsley salad and garlicky breadcrumbs for crunch.

This is the perfect summer weeknight meal all ready to reheat within 15 mins.

It is finally here - we have purchased the official domain and the website is live!

Now it's still a work in progress but eventually I will be adding some sample menus of events I have done in the past and be adding a lot more recent pictures.

But the best part is you will be able to order the gourmet grab and go meals directly online and pay via credit card! This should really help streamline things. I currently only have the August 3rd dinner listed, but if this meal works, and there are no issues, then I will add the rest of the meals for the remainder of the year.

Finally, we will be adding some personal chef services to the website, where you can directly book an anniversary/date night or a dinner party/tasting menu. So many more fun things to come!

I am so sorry everyone! It has been a crazy month for both life as well as the business, so I apologize I haven't been able to post as much as I used to. I also know a lot of you have been asking what the grab and go meals are going to be in the coming months so those are all posted below. I am also extending next week's order till Thursday this week so if you want an awesome summer fresh dinner you have until then to order! The picture below has the schedule, pricing and instructions and the menu below has the options posted explained in a little more detail! Thanks for all the support, everyone!

· Dill parmesan crispy chicken cutlets served with grilled potatoes on top of Tzatziki, shallot and parsley salad and garlicky breadcrumbs

· Mexican street corn chicken and sweet potato protein bowl with avocado crema

· Thai red chicken curry with snap peas, red peppers and coconut rice

· Steak burrata sandwich with smoked onion horseradish sauce and the all-time favorite returning salt and vinegar chips

· White chicken chili with honey butter cornbread

· Apple cider slowly roasted pork shoulder with brown butter green beans, toasted pistachios and lemony whipped feta
