🧀 Lititz Reserve: our exclusive 7-year cheddar that you know and love, crumbly and nutty with crunchy tyrosine crystals
🧀 Campo de Montalban: semi-hard Spanish triple-milk cheese (cow, sheep, and goat!), similar to Manchego
🧀 Buholzer Brothers Havarti: a classic, easy-eating Danish semi-soft cow's milk cheese
