Blue cheese lovers, this one’s for you!

Blue-veined cheese is made by piercing into the paste of a cheese and injecting safe spores like Penicillium roqueforti to create the proper conditions for cultivation as it ages — resulting in big flavor and beautiful blue or green streaks throughout.

We’ve got some really lovely blues in the case right now:

🔵 Gorgonzola piccante, a classic aged Italian blue – sharp and semi-firm

🔵 Cambozola Black Label, a camembert and gorgonzola hybrid that’s creamy, cold-aged, and finely veined

🔵 Jasper Hill Farm’s Bayley Hazen Blue, an approachable and nutty raw milk blue with an irresistible fudgy texture

And if you don’t like blue cheese… maybe you just haven’t found the right one 😉

Low 80s and sunshine for tonight's Lititz Lions Car Cruise? Sounds like the perfect weather to squeeze every last drop out of summer! 🚘🌞

Main Street is closing down to traffic (always a sign that a good time is about to be had in Lititz😉) and will be lined with vintage rides, hot rods, and modern marvels!

Event Details:
📅 Date: TONIGHT! August 19th
⏰ Time: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
📍 Location: Main Street, Downtown Lititz
🎟️ Admission: Free & open to the public!

Grab dinner downtown (local food vendors will be out on the street to serve you: Chilangos Authentic Mexican Restaurante, Slate Cafe, and Lititz Cheese Shop) stroll the closed street and check out some cool cars. See you there! 🙌

Keep going into the school year 🇫🇷 Around 4pm each day, French children have what’s called “le goûter” [🗣️le goo-TAY], which can be anything from a buttered baguette to a chocolate croissant, to hold them over before dinner.
