Do you know someone with food allergies or sensitivities?

I started Pinch Salt Company because last June I was diagnosed with Eosinophilic Esophagitis. And long story short, I no longer could cook with dairy OR gluten and was trying to find ways to add flavor to my food! I had made flavored salts for myself before, but then realized that there is a whole community of people out there who have food allergies and are looking to jazz up their cooking!
