neered a method of creating spreadable cheese, known as the cold-pack method. This consists of grinding natural cheese to a fine texture and, without heat, combining it with other dairy ingredients and flavors such as wine and spices. Processed cheese or mixed cheeses combine ingredients using heat, but Fassbender's cold-pack method allows the natural flavors to really come through and the cheese remains spreadable at room temperature. We don’t call this 'Crazy Good' Cheezy Bread for nothing 🤭 The warm bread and melty Port Wine Cheese Spread never misses! Here’s how to make it:

What you Need:

3/4 Cup Basil Pesto, Thin Viscosity
3/8 Cup Roma Tomatoes
3/8 Cup Sliced Scallions
6 Sourdough Sub Rolls, 8”
1 1/8 Cups Kaukauna Port Wine Spreadable Cheese, Room Temperature

Directions:

1. Slice each sub roll into a wide checkerboard, cutting 3/4 of the way through.
2. On each roll, spread 3 tablespoons of Kaukauna Port Wine Spreadable Cheese in between the checkerboard slices, pushing cheese all the way from the top to the bottom.
3. Bake the stuffed bread in a 400º oven for approximately 4-5 minutes, ensuring cheese is fully melted and bread is crispy.
4. Remove from the oven and top with 2 tablespoons pesto, 1 tablespoon tomatoes, and 1 tablespoon scallions.

Spinach dip is always a crowd favorite at any gathering 😍 Creamy, craveable, and taken up a notch with rich Kaukauna Sharp Cheddar Spreadable Cheese!

What you need:

Dip
1 Cup Kaukauna Sharp Cheddar Spreadable Cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream
10 Oz. Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed and Drained
8 Oz. Water Chestnuts, Chopped
1 Tbsp. Dry Minced Onion
1 Tsp. Seasoning Salt
1 Tsp. Chopped Pimento

Dippers
Fresh Vegetables
Cracker Assortment

How to Make it:

For Dip:
1. Blend Kaukauna Sharp Cheddar Spreadable Cheese and sour cream, until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Mix well.
4. Chill several hours or overnight.

To Make Dip Plate:
1. Remove the dip from the fridge.
2. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers and enjoy!
