Pruning tomatoes is essential for high yields and managing plant size. We have a 36x100 high tunnel filled with 13 rows of tomatoes, most them Cobras, a high yielding indeterminite variety with great quality. Like most indeterminite tomatoes, it would grow to be a jungle if you let it. Now is crunch time to get it done. The last pic is our 36x100 high tunnel full of cucumbers. We are yaking orders!.

🥒 Attention pickle lovers: we've got good news

After a great response to our dill pickles last year, we've dedicated an entire greenhouse to cucumbers this season. It won't be long before jars of our dill pickles are available at our farmers market booths in Little Falls, St. Cloud, and St. Joseph.

You could say pickles are kind of a big dill around here.

Stay tuned for updates on fresh produce, pickles, and other products coming from the orchard this season.
