The Overlook Ridge Development leaders put their pizza and coffee making skills to the test this week! 🍕☕️

After a joint leadership meeting we split into teams to make our own pizzas at Nonna Maria's and drinks at the Café.

That's what makes Overlook Ridge so special: our "leadership lab" comes to life right on site at the Stone Mill, where learning and doing happen side by side.

Thank you to the Nonna and Café teams for showing us the ropes!
