We’re tuning the dial into an unconventional frequency and exploring the notes between the notes. Microtonal Jams is the latest evolution of our iconic Jams Series, pulling inspiration from the raw, hypnotic, and genre-bending energy of microtonal rock. Built to disrupt standard tuning and ditch traditional scale, this brew brings a wildly expressive rhythm straight to your glass.

Clocking in at an effortlessly drinkable 6.2% ABV, this hazy NE style IPA is a high-fidelity sensory trip dialed in for maximum hop saturation. We’ve hit this batch with a heavy Double Dry Hopping of Citra, Nectaron, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin… a quartet designed for complex flavor and to hit every micro-nuance on the palate.

Expect an electric opening of bright lime zest, crushed white wine grapes, and sweet nectarine, followed by intricate layers of passionfruit, ripe peach, and subtle lemongrass. Can you believe that summer is almost over already?!? Fall is right around the corner and we’re getting into the season with one of our favorite beers…

Oktoberfest is our take on the classic Märzen-style Lager. With a 5% ABV, this amber-colored Lager boasts a clean, rich profile with toasty, bready notes and a restrained bitterness. It finishes dry, making it easy to reach for another sip.

We go the extra mile for our take on this traditional German-style beer by employing a complex mashing program to keep the beer dry while coaxing out subtle caramel flavors from the malt, leading to a perceived sweetness that comes through without being cloying.

Center Stage: Rakau is the newest entry to our single hop series. Checking in at 6.2% ABV, this Hazy IPA shines a spotlight on a single New Zealand hop variety, Rakau, using multiple advanced forms of the hop to showcase its full spectrum of flavor and aroma.

Double Dry Hopped with Rakau, Rakau Amplifire (from NZ Hop Growers), and Quantum Rakau (from Abstrax Hops), this beer delivers a hyper-focused expression of what makes Rakau so special: bold notes of sweet candied orchard fruit, ripe stone fruit like dark plum and fresh apricot, a burst of zesty mango, and a vibrant, tropical aroma that leaps right out of the glass.

It’s no secret that this summer in Jersey has been giving us a whole lot of gray skies, sudden downpours, and stormy weather. So, we decided to lean into the storm and drop a beer built to help you ride it out. Dreadful Wind & Rain is a new beer brewed to help turn those gloomy summer nights into something a little more enjoyable.

Clocking in at a heavy-hitting 12% ABV, this Imperial Stout, conditioned on Coffee, Vanilla, and Toasted Coconut, is a high-fidelity sensory trip crafted for deep comfort. It pours pitch black with a thick, tan head, immediately filling the air with rich aromas of freshly roasted espresso, sweet pastry, and warm toasted oak.

Upon tasting, we’re finding a tidal wave of bold, dark chocolate and rich roasted coffee notes, followed by smooth, decadent layers of sweet Madagascar vanilla and warm, caramel covered coconut. It’s all wrapped up in a thick, velvety, full-bodied framework that coats the palate and delivers a long, satisfying warmth on the finish.

Clocking in at an extremely balanced 6.7% ABV, Face With A View is a high-fidelity sensory trip dialed in for maximum West Coast snap. We’ve hit this batch with a heavy Dry Hopping of Mosaic, Riwaka, and Nelson Sauvin… a powerhouse combination that blends classic resinous depth with modern, tropical brilliance.

Expect an explosive opening of ripe passionfruit, zesty pink grapefruit, and crushed white wine grapes, followed by subtle layers of dank pine, sweet mango, and bright citrus peel. It’s all supported by a clean, lean malt backbone that keeps the finish sharp, crisp, and refreshingly dry from the first sip to the final set.
