As one of the releases that started it all, Tasty Jams has truly grown with us through every chapter of our journey. Over the years, we’ve made some tweaks to dial the recipe into absolute high-fidelity, hazy, perfection, but the heart of this award-winning NE style IPA remains unchanged… Checking in at 6.5% ABV, we layer a plush, velvety foundation of wheat and oats under a heavy Double Dry Hopping of Citra and Mosaic.
Expect a vibrant straw-yellow pour bursting with waves of sun-ripened pineapple, creamy orange citrus, and deep blueberry notes, wrapping up in a soft body with a bright, zesty, finish.

We are officially 76 days until the start of winter… As the temperature drops, we’re shifting into a brand new seasonal rhythm. Winter Jams is the latest seasonal addition to our iconic Jams Series, built to keep the playlist warm, vibrant, and effortlessly smooth through the colder months ahead.

Clocking in at 7.2% ABV, NE style IPA is a high-fidelity sensory trip designed for maximum hop saturation. For this arrangement, we went all-in on an all-Southern Hemisphere lineup, hitting the batch with a heavy Double Dry Hopping of Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Nectaron, and Rakau.

Expect an explosive opening of bright passionfruit, fresh-squeezed grapefruit zest, and crushed white w**e grapes, followed by deep, plush layers of sweet candied peach, ripe apricot, and tropical citrus. It’s all wrapped up in an ultra-soft, pillowy body that keeps the groove completely smooth and the finish balanced, vibrant, and bright.

FRESH OUT THE DEEP FRYER… we are honored to be one of the breweries who will be pouring at the soon-to-be legendary Ghost Hawk Brewing Co. x Rutt’s Hut Rippers & B**r Fest!

The event will feature:
· Sample b**rs from over 25 of the finest breweries across NJ, NY, PA & beyond.
· A commemorative sample glass.
· Featuring the debut of an extra special Ghost Hawk x Rutt’s Hut B**r Collab
· Special live set at 3pm from NJ’s own Pink Slip Daddy.

A favorite of ours from the past couple of years… Illusion Lupulin is back! This 7.9% NE style DIPA is Double Dry Hopped with some of the juiciest New Zealand hops we could get our hands on: Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka.

Pouring a bright tangerine color, Illusion Lupulin is loaded with notes of fresh citrus, sweet pineapple, passionfruit, juicy peach, and white grapes mixed with a splash of lime juice.

Tell Your Cat I Said ‘PSSPSSPSSPS’ is a NE style IPA that checks in at an effortless 7% ABV. This hazy brew is a high-fidelity sensory trip built around a classic, powerhouse trio: a Double Dry Hopping of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe.

Expect an explosive opening of bright tangerine, ripe mango, and sweet passion fruit, followed by deep layers of candied grapefruit, fuzzy peach, and just a hint of earthy pine resin to keep the melody grounded. It’s all wrapped up in an ultra-plush, velvety body with a cloud-like mouthfeel that keeps the groove completely smooth and the finish vibrant.

After a 3 year hiatus, this fan favorite returns just in time for fall…

Yam Jams is an 8% ABV Milkshake style DIPA inspired by the popular Filipino dessert - Ube Halaya. Known for its distinctive purple color, ube is a yam native to Southeast Asia. Ube halaya is made with ube that is boiled, mashed, and combined with butter and a sweet milk (typically coconut or condensed). This richly flavored jam (no pun intended) can be eaten on its own or used as a base in pastries, ice cream, and other desserts.

For our take on this sweet treat, we brewed up our usual Jams base, added a healthy dose of creamy Lactose, Double Dry Hopped with some Citra and Mosaic, and finally conditioned the liquid on an insane amount of Ube Purée, fresh Coconut, Marshmallow, and Vanilla. This b**r pours a uniquely deep dark-purple color and is topped by a creamy, violet-colored, head. Upon tasting Yam Jams, we’re finding notes of sticky melted marshmallows layered between shredded coconut, tangy tangerine slices, sweet tropical smoothie, and a distinct nutty flavor from the ube.
