The “big brother” to our award-winning Tasty Jams, Grateful Jams is the original benchmark beer of our Jams-series. An 8% NE style DIPA, this one is Double Dry Hopped extensively with a classic combo of juicy Citra and Mosaic.

Pouring a golden-yellow color, Grateful Jams is bursting with notes of pronounced citrus and ripe blueberries mixed with a splash of Dole pineapple juice. ✌️❤️🍻

What a month. What a ride. 🍻⚡️

Thank you to everyone who stepped out to catch a groove and celebrate with us during our 11th Anniversary tour! We are incredibly grateful to the legendary venues that opened up their taps and helped us take the party on the road: Andy’s, , , , , , and . You made this milestone unforgettable.

Here are a few moments we managed to catch from some of these events… we only wish we had the time to capture them all!

It’s been a particularly long, unique year for us operating without a home base, but good things are on the horizon. We deeply appreciate everyone’s patience and positive energy as we dial in the logistics and get our ducks in a row on this journey to find a new spot to call Brix City’s new home.

To everyone who has supported us over the last 11 years… whether you’ve been with us since Year 1 or just caught the train, thank you. Without your loyalty, we couldn’t keep this dream alive.

We’re diving deep into a new frequency and losing ourselves in the sound. Effortless Immersion is our brand new NE style IPA, dialed in to completely take over your senses and pull you into a seamless flow of flavor and vibe.

Clocking in at an incredibly balanced 7% ABV, this hazy brew is a high-fidelity sensory trip designed for total palate saturation. For this arrangement, we’ve put together a heavy Double Dry Hopping of Citra, Rakau, Nelson Sauvin, and Krush. The inclusion of Krush paired with the classic, crushed white grape character of Nelson Sauvin is really unique pairing that we’re excited to try our for the first time.

Expect an explosive opening of bright passionfruit, fresh-squeezed orange zest, and sweet gooseberry, followed by deep layers of candied apricot, soft stone fruit, and a hint of white wine grapes. It’s all wrapped up in an incredibly plush, pillowy body that keeps the groove entirely smooth and the finish effortless.

We’re bringing those ultimate beachside vibes straight to your glass with a new crushable collaboration. Jam in the Sand is a brand new American style Pale Ale brewed with our friends down in Brick, NJ, . Together, we teamed up to drop a sun-soaked rhythm built for warmer days.

Clocking in at a highly sessionable 5.6% ABV, Jam in the Sand is a high-fidelity sensory trip designed for maximum summertime refreshment. For this beach-themed session, we’ve dialed in an elite Southern Hemisphere-forward hop profile, hitting this batch with a heavy Double Dry Hopping of Riwaka, Rakau, and Nectaron. The inclusion of Nectaron paired with the heavy-hitting tropical oils of Riwaka really makes the melody of this one pop!

Expect an explosive opening of pungent passionfruit, zesty pink grapefruit, and bright lime, followed by deep layers of sweet mango, apricot jam, and fuzzy peach with a lightly bitter finish. It’s all wrapped up in an incredibly smooth, clean body that keeps the groove effortless and the finish beautifully crisp.

We’re closing out our 11th Anniversary celebrations with a surprise 7th event on Thursday (6/4)! Join us for the final stop of our anniversary tour at the legendary Welsh’s Snug Harbor in Kearny, NJ. As one of our very first customers, Snug Harbor has been with us since day one, making this finale incredibly special to us. Come raise a glass with us at one of our OG spots!

Clocking in at a highly crushable 5.6% ABV, this American Pale Ale is an alternative take on our go-to IPA, Set Break, dialed in for maximum approachability without sacrificing flavor. We’ve hit this beer with a precise Double Dry Hopping of Citra, Mosaic, and Motueka to make the hop melody truly sing.

Expect a vibrant opening of bright lemon-lime zest, sweet orange peel, and fresh tropical fruit, followed by subtle layers of blueberries and soft stone fruit followed by a touch of bitterness.
