Today we did a program at the George Public Library.

We loved having the kindergarten class come visit the bee hive in town again this year! 🐝

They continue to amaze me with how much they already know about bees and pollinators — and even more with how excited they are to learn. Watching their curiosity, questions, and love for bees was such a fun reminder of how important it is to teach the next generation about caring for nature.

Thank you to the teachers and students for such a sweet visit. The future of our bees looks bright with kids like these! 💛

We successfully transplanted 10 new beehives to the farm this weekend. The cold and wind were not ideal but we are hopeful the ladies will get to work on making the hives home.

We are unfortunately out of honey to sell but hopefully by harvest time at the end of the summer, we’ll be restocked. 🐝🍯
