Obituary and Arrangements for our Eagle Brother Lynn Duncan.

Lynn Duncan
August 15, 1951 – September 3, 2026
Obituary of Lynn Duncan
IN THE CARE OF: Pinecrest Funeral Home & Memorial Park

Mitchel Lynn Duncan, 75, of Bryant, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2026, at Baptist Health in Little Rock, Arkansas.
To know Lynn Duncan was to love him. He was, in every sense of the word, one in a million.

Lynn was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. He had a remarkable ability to make everyone around him feel like family. It is impossible to put into words the impact Lynn had on the lives of those who knew him. He loved his wife, Kathy, deeply, and together they built a family and a life filled with love. He adored his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and there was never any question about how much they meant to him.

His circle of friends was so large and so deeply loved that, over the years, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren came to consider many of those friends family, too.

For the past year, he had the privilege of spending every day with his great-grandson, babysitting. Though short lived, He gave him a childhood filled with the love of his Papa.

Lynn leaves behind his beloved wife, Kathy Duncan; his children, Kerry McGee(Jason McGee) and Scott Duncan; his grandchildren, Amber (Tanner Harris), Ashlee (Ben Freeman), Aimee (Eduardo Garrido), and Katie; and his five great-grandchildren, Paislee, Ethan, Aiden, Isaac, and Blair. He is also survived by his sister, Donna Passini, along with countless friends and extended family members who loved him dearly. Among those lifelong friendships, Gail and Roho Anderson held a very special place in the heart’s of Lynn’s family. Gail and Roho were not simply Lynn’s friends—they were family. Their family became part of his family, and their friendship became a treasured part of the lives of Lynn’s children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren as well.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Emma and Mitchell Duncan, and his siblings, Debbie and Perry.

Singing and playing guitar was one of his favorite hobbies. He could often be found singing karaoke at the Eagles, where he went faithfully most Friday’s. He loved being in the sun, fishing, cooking out, going to Oaklawn, cheering on the Razorbacks, and most of all, having fun and spending time with the people he loved. He also spent decades volunteering with Toy Hill, cooking turkey gumbo, giving his time generously to help bring joy to children in his community.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Pinecrest Funeral Home with a visitation starting one hour prior at 10:00 AM. The burial will follow the service at Pinecrest Memorial Park

Though the world feels impossibly different without him, Lynn’s legacy will live on through the people he loved.

He was one in a million.

And he was deeply, deeply loved.
