Have you had your microgreens today?? If so how did you eat them??

Have Tomatoes…?? Yes I do! They may be small but they are delicious!! We had BMT’s this morning for breakfast and it was so good!!! I had peas and sunflowers on mine and Bo had Radishes on his. Yummy indeed!!

We have this new curled cress that is said to taste like cucumbers… I zoomed in for a close up!! Grow baby grow. I can’t wait to try it.! It's low in calories and packs essential nutrients like vitamins A, C, and K, as well as omega-3 fatty acids. As such, this tiny herb MAY aid immunity, disease prevention, weight loss, organ function, inflammation, heart health, and diabetes. It may even offer anticancer effects and aid breast milk production.

Good morning!! What a wonderful day it is!! This week in grow I started Broccoli, Sunflower, Peas, Radishes, Red Russian Kale, Red Cabbage, Fenugreek, 2 new Mustard varieties and new to try Curled Cress.

Tonight we were a vendor at our first event!! I can’t wait to find photos from this evening!! The Fish radio station Lady’s night out was a blast! I love meeting people and sharing and I look forward to making new friendships with the lovely lady’s we were able to meet and many more!!
