It ain't Christmas without Aria's Bier - Christmas Ed.! Our favorite zippy little hibiscus & orange peel saison receives an added cranberry & cinnamon treatment. Only for the holidays. At 4.5% ABV, it's like one of those "ultra" beers with actual flavor! Brewed for over a decade now, this beer has always been inspired by Moody's sassy daughter... still holding true to form, for the record.

It's high time for a Dark & Stormy, built with our scratch made ginger ale, rum, and lime. We've been waiting for cooler weather for this one and just can't wait any longer. Simply and beautifully composed--an instant classic. We also have a new soda--a blueberry & blackberry cream soda--made with demerara sugar, vanilla, and berries. Add a pour of Rocktown Lemon Vodka to this, and you have a Lemon Berry Fizz! That brings us to 4 cocktails now, and that is a first for us here.

A new beer slipped onto the taplist without us talking about it. Meet Orange Julian, a creamsickle IPA (6.3% ABV), brewed with barley, oats, milk sugar, and conditioned on vanilla, orange peel, and a boatload of citrusy, flowery hops. Big nose of blood orange & chantilly cream precedes a burst of freshly squeezed orange juice. Usually at this point, your palate braces for some back end bitterness...but none are found here. It's a super happy IPA inspired by a the happiest young man. On draft now, along with 7 other strange and beautiful beers. Come see us on this beautiful day!

Big high five to The Mighty Rib for this segment last week. If you want to be in the know before the Rib man is, come see us TODAY for the last handful of covers left of The Beef (our local wagyu Italian beef sando)! We also have a new beer on draft -- Orange Julian, an orange creamsickle IPA brewed with milk sugar, orange, vanilla, and hops from Australia, France, and the US. Super happy IPA--even if you don't like IPAs. Oh, and get here before Kevin drinks us out of our new SODA--berries & cream. blueberry/blackberry cream soda. See ya at Moody's!

Set up early for the Keo Pecan Festival! Of course we brought New Ground Pils, brewed with rice farmed just down the road at . Proceeds from beer donations will go towards local firemen (who are pouring today) and mental health services for farmers. We are proud to be here!
