JUST NOW ON TAP: Katty B is back, baby--this time with Chardonnay! Brewed in honor of our (Belgian) co-owner, we brew a Belgian-style farmhouse ale, cofermented with California chardonnay juice. Classic unoaked chard nose with notes of pear, meyer lemon, and a tiny bit of jasmine--the bubbly chard you didn't know you needed. 10.3%, 6-oz pours only. See ya at Moody's!

Fresh release, and we are stoked on this one! We look forward to STOMP so much around here. This is a lager base, brewed with our best farming friends forever Isbell Farms sake rice, pilsner malt, and sea salt, fermented low and slow with our house lager yeast, then conditioned on lime juice and New Zealand hops. Beer forward with a silky body, notes of lime zest and fresh bread, a touch of minerality mid sip before finishing clean and inviting. We adore this zippy lager bier--absolutely perfect for the dog days we seem to be in already. See ya soon!

Featured here are our smoked tofu banh mi salad, mango tango (house made peach mango soda with Rocktown basil vodka), and turkey bacon pesto. All made (or garnished) with locally grown basil!
