How early do you need your Easter Bonbons ready for pick up? Remember some pieces may only have 4 week shelf life.

Do you spatchcock your turkey? I think it’s the only way to do it. I dry brine for 2 days first. It’s cooks quicker and more evenly.

Saturday was a great day and quite a blessing…we served over 75 families!! And YES…if you picked up yesterday you can come back and pick up again today. You can even pick up for a friend!

Pictured is our farmer…and brother…Rex. This was all his idea! A good person with a big ♥️.
