BCW in SOMA hit the spot tonight! I’ve been on the hunt for some good happy hour spots, and BCW was suggested to me. Mondays are happy hour ALL night, which you simply can’t beat.

I had the Quattro Formaggi Flatbread, and the cheese was absolute perfection. (Cheese is one of the CH food groups, after all.) 🧀

My dinner companion had the Blackberry Goat Cheese Sandwich, and it is officially on my “to order next time” list. It looked and smelled so good.

Our server, Olivia, was wonderful and suggested an excellent wine to go with the sandwich. And based on that pairing, I’ll definitely be taking her recommendation next time!

SOMA is always a good choice, and BCW is a winner. 🏆

Dinner at The Loca Luna was phenomenal! From the food to the service we had zero complaints…unless you count that we didn’t leave ourselves enough time for dessert! (Hello Hamilton at !)

The pictures are reverse order because I cannot get the seafood specials out of my mind. They are trying out new menu items for The Landing, their new seafood restaurant, at Loca Luna prior to opening.

The Mussels were SO good. I admit that I was dubious about the red sauce as I am a boring white wine/mussels gal. The fresh sourdough made the mussels that much better. And yes, red sauce works!🔥

I had the Ahi Tuna special and will be *very* disappointed if this dish doesn’t make it on the menu. The citrus was amazing with the tuna. Dreams are made of this dish!

All the other entrees were delicious and we left happy and ready to “be in the room where it happened” 💚

Already looking forward to my next visit at The Loca Luna.

Back again for dinner at Luce, and apparently we have excellent taste in repeat offenses.

The burrata appetizer was delicious, and the lavender honey added such an unexpected and really lovely flavor.

We both ordered the Lobster Fra Diavolo, and both very happy with that decision. It’s one of those dishes that sticks in your mind long after dinner…until you’re practically forced to return and have it again.

And their dirty martini? One of my favorites in Little Rock. Yes, there is absolutely an art to getting just the right amount of olive brine. 🫒🍸

Afternoon tea at was fabulous! ☕️🥂

Our waiter, Carlos, made the experience even better. Not only did he bring out wonderful food and impeccable service, but he also taught us so much about champagne and tea. It’s always a treat when someone is genuinely passionate about what they do and Carlos definitely is.

If you’re planning an afternoon tea experience in Dallas, ask for Carlos. He’ll take excellent care of you!

Last night meant takeout from .koreanbbq and it was SO good!

I love japchae, and theirs was phenomenal. Savory, flavorful, and there was enough for dinner and breakfast — score! 😂

Little Rock is so lucky to have such a rich food scene, and The Bap feels like a perfect fit. Another great addition to our ever-growing list of places to eat around town.

Definitely worth adding to your rotation!

A special celebration tonight featured some incredibly talented local chefs and makers.

created the cutest (and tastiest!) custom cookies that made everyone feel extra special. If you’re looking for custom cookies for a celebration, shower, birthday, or just because, she’s your girl.

The main meal was prepared by , and it was absolutely delicious. If you haven’t checked them out yet, they offer fresh, ready-made meals that make life so much easier. Who says you need a special occasion?
There’s always a good reason for great food and supporting local.
