I'll also be restocking in Camas this Friday with these big cookies and some super cute sugar cookies. Swipe to see my secret to a thick, chewy cookie ➡️

I freeze all of my cookie dough for at least 12 hours before baking! This gives the butter a chance to firm up and lets the flour hydrate, which reduces the spread during baking (hellooo thick cookies!) and overall results in a chewier, thicker cookie. Even just chilling your dough for 30 minutes will help your home bakes 🍪 if you need to try it to believe it--check out my website to order some for yourself, or pick them up today from Sweet Intention in Camas WA! 😉
