Colorado Fullblood Wagyu Bone-In NY Strips from Yampa Valley Ranch are available now. We’re happy to be working with Yampa Valley Ranch to showcase some of their high end Wagyu cuts for this Fathers Day weekend! This isn’t your normal Japanese Wagyu, these cows are raised up in altitude in the Yampa Valley. They are prairie raised on grass most their lives and then finished 180 days on grain. Supply is limited so grab one while supplies last!

This isn’t your average super fatty A5 Wagyu grind, this unique wagyu program raises cows that are Grass-fed AND Grass-finished in the high altitude plains of Yampa Valley, CO. This 80/20 blend offers the perfect blend of muscle and delicious grass finished fat.
