Friday, September 4 - Pool, 10am-12pm & 4pm-8pm
Saturday, Sunday, Labor Day, Sept. 5-7 - Saturday, Sunday, Labor Day, Pool 10am-8pm

September 8 - Pool closed for the season. Fall office hours begin.

BBQ + Movie Night on the Blue Heron Deck — Tonight!

Join us tonight, Friday, August 28, for a fun evening of great food and an outdoor movie under the stars.

Smokin’ Bones BBQ Food Truck will be in the VC parking lot from 4:30–7:30 p.m. serving delicious smoked meats and sides. Recently voted Best BBQ in Denver, it’s the perfect opportunity to grab dinner to enjoy on the deck or take home for the family.

Then, stay to join us at 8:00 p.m. for our outdoor showing of Hoppers on the big screen.

Movie night is free, and residents are welcome to bring their guests. We hope to see you there!

School is back in session and the Village Center, pool and marina are now operating under modified hours. Please check the August newsletter for the modified times.

The HOA BOD is offering this service to residents and hope you will listen in and provide feedback on the experience. Last month, it was identified that there needed to be more microphones so that virtual attendees could hear better. In response, the number of microphones has been doubled for tonight’s meeting.

Attention Grant Ranch residents: There’s a black bear in the neighborhood today. CO Division of Wildlife advises residents remove all potential sources of food (including bird feeders). If he’s in a tree, leave him be. If you happen upon him, ‘get big & loud’ is the advice. By not making food available and keeping him nervous upon any encounters, bears usually move on. CO Division of Wildlife can be reached at 303 291 7227. They won’t physically move the bear if it’s not threatening but they welcome information about his whereabouts and movements.

A peaceful night of Sailing on our beautiful lake. Yacht Club Plus is a fun group of residents that are always friendly and welcoming . Stop by on Wednesdays at 6:00pm to join in the fun.
