American Sport Horses is a premier equestrian training an boarding facility. We have three resident trainers covering everything from beginner riding to "A" level competition in the Hunter/Jumper/Equitation divisions. Shaun Clark of Colorado Equestrians is the IEA coach for IEA rates shows. Hosting a horse show, need more room, lease our facility to host your event or clinic. Bleachers, PA system, plenty of trailer parking.

Our Story

American Sport Horse Stables is open to boarders and or trainers operating in the Hunter, Jumper, Dressage, and Eventing world's. If you are looking for a great place to board your horse with outstanding location and facilities we are the place for you.

If you are a trainer looking for a place to conduct business in the above mentioned discipline, we are open to symbiotic partnerships. Outside trainers are welcome.

We are conveniently located directly off of South Santa Fe (HWY 85) and just 5 minutes from C470. Our neighbors are Roxborough Village, Highlands Ranch and the new master planned development Sterling Ranch. We are 18 miles South of Denver and 18 miles North of Castle Rock.

Trails within 5 min. drive are Chatfiled State Park and Sharp Tooth Ridge, Horse Show facilities are Spring Gulch, 4 miles away and Colorado Horse Park,23 miles south of our location.
