Thank you to all who have supported and worked with us this past year, either as The Hibachi Hut or B8ked and BYond while we tested some ideas out in the kitchen. We had a great time serving you and your communities! We look forward to maintaining the connections made and serving you again in the future.

We are excited to rebrand as "Nomadic Nourishments" to offer more versatile and health conscious food options this year! We still plan to operate as a mobile unit across NH, ME, and MA - with a heavier focus in local community involvement this year. Please continue to follow our social media pages as we rebrand, and please reach out for any of your public or private catering needs.

I want to start off by thanking all of our friends, followers, and supporters that we have enjoyed feeding, learning, and working with. We have some good news and bad news……

As of today we will no longer be operating as the Hibachi Hut. After careful consideration and feedback from our community and customers, we will be rebranding and moving forward as “B8ked & BeYond” 🥔🥔🥔 More to come soon, but here is a sneak peak:

“B8ked & BeYond” is a humble potato flavor fusion that will serve several loaded baked potato options for EVERYONE, including those with food sensitivities. At “B8ked & BeYond” our food is rooted in LOVE and we believe in serving you a plentiful rainbow of ingredients that will nourish your body and help align your chakras. We can’t wait to serve you soon!
