What happened to appliance repair stores for local shopping?
I'm not even 40 years old and I hate all this ordering online 🤬
Getting a replacement part in 3 days won't fix my issue today! * Scowls at XL cooler currently holding the entire refrigerator contents*

And I'm not paying a repairmen to bring me a part for the simple switch out I can do myself 🙄

Everyone wants to know what happens when you have too many drakes........
They form a bachelor group, because the ladies are already spoken for by Drakey.
Will they still try? Yes
King Drake won't let them, but I absolutely drained my pond while my ratio is off. The 6 drakes in bachelor group are going to freezer camp soon 😉 and the 17 growing out, hens will be kept, along with 1 drake.
The flocks have 3 acres to free range on, so the groups separate on their own until night time.

*Ignore the feathers everywhere 🤣 I have a big turkey molting at the moment

New hen house build 😜
Our mobile tractor has been stuck since the main frame was damaged, and we're tired of replacing wheels 🤷

has been important to us since the beginning, but at what cost due to loss of predators? We free range during the day, and our seasoned chickens put themselves up at night 👌

Trees downed on houses from the most recent derecho 😬 absolutely crazy that they went so long without power, and another point on why going off grid is so important. There has been no rush by the government to restore quickly
