Sampson Family Farm is just that....a family owned and operated farm. My husband, myself and daughter are proud of the quality and standards we hold ourselves to in all aspects of farming and ranching. As cattle ranchers for over 30 years and Shepards for 19 years, we have taken the best of knowledge acquired and use it to produce naturally grown, healthy livestock. Our farming practices guarantee

that the cattle and sheep have plenty of room to roam, enjoying fresh air and clean water. We raise Angus cattle and Kathadin sheep that are bred to produce a tender, tasteful meat. The animals we offer to our clients are born and raised on our farm, tracked from birth to harvest to assure the freshest, cleanest product for your family. We do not use any harmful products such as steroids, hormones. With proper preventive care to our animals we can keep them naturally healthy.

From bright wildflowers popping up, to baby calves and lambs exploring the pastures, green grass waving in the breeze, and the whole crew enjoying these longer, warmer days… it’s been a beautiful spring.

We’re soaking in these last few moments of the season before the heat of summer really settles in and feeling really thankful for every single spring shower we received, new life, and all the growth — both on the land and with the animals.

Grass Fed means the animals ate grass for a portion of their life (often just the beginning), but many are later switched to grain to fatten them up quickly.

Grass Fed & Finished means they stayed on grass their entire lives — from birth to harvest. No grain ever.

At Sampson Family Farms, our animals are 100% grass fed and grass finished. They graze on pasture every single day, just like you see in this photo. That extra time on grass means better flavor, better nutrition, and animals raised the way nature intended.
