Suwannee River Feather and Fowl We're a small family farm located right off the banks of the Suwannee River. Our goal is to not only breed but preserve the history of Old English Game Fowl.

We also have Black Copper Marans, American Game Fowl, Serama, Bantam Plymouth Rocks, Polish.

We took the long ride to the DeSoto County Spring Chick Sale in Arcadia over the weekend! It was a great day seeing friends and bringing home new birds! We were blessed to bring home another pair of black Olde English Game Bantams from John Harvey, a LF Plymouth Barred Rock Cockerel from Dave Williams , as well as a trio of Silver Duckwing Modern Game Bantams from S and F Exhibition Poultry! The quality of the birds available at the sale definitely made the drive worth it!! More pictures coming soon as everyone gets settled in their new homes!

Life has been busy lately but the work doesn't stop! Our beautiful Bourbon Reds have been showing off for us! The incubators have been working overtime! We're excited to be hatching BB Red Olde English Game, Black Olde English Game, Bantam Rhode Island Reds, LF Dark Brahmas, Tolbundt Polish, and more! Our Ermine Americauna chicks moved to the grow out pens this week as well! Next up will be Black Copper Marans, Standard Rhode Island Reds, and hopefully more Ermine Americauna in the incubators!

One of our Old English Game BB Red cockerels! This bird placed Best of Variety in both shows at the SEYF Poultry and Rabbit Gala on March 7th! We now have 3 breeding pens of BB Reds! Their first eggs will be hatching next week!!

Excited to be donating these hatching eggs to the Suwannee County 4H Embryology program! Local elementary schools will receive eggs, incubators, and hatching supplies! Students will study the life cycle of the egg and hatch chicks! The chicks will then be available to local 4H members participating in the Chick Chain project! The Rhode Island Red eggs are paying it forward on behalf of our Raveyn! They're off her Rhode Island Reds from her very first Chick Chain project! We're proud to say that 4H Grows Here!! 🍀🐔❤️
