Outdoor Great Pyrenees (your built-in ranch security)
Maine C**n cats + kittens (kittens may arrive while weโre gone, so being comfortable assisting if needed is important)
Farm animals: chickens, ducks, turkeys, goats, pigs, horses, cows, and yaks
Daily chores are straightforward and typically only needed once per day (feeding, water checks, quick walkthrough). The cows and yaks are low-maintenanceโbut will absolutely expect treats.
