Well friends, we have moved from the green of the Livermore hills and grapes to the green of the North Carolina woods. 26 acres of Gods beautiful landscape, an amazing modern home, and a huge fenced in garden tucked into an awesome spot near Chapel Hill, Cary, Durham and Raleigh.

Our new adventure, Cedar and Cement, is starting here and we hope you will join us online or even in person sometime.

We will be sharing our favorite recipes, natural living tips, gardening tips, and info for our AirBnB barn apartment.

Looking back at the photos here brings such fond memories of the brief time we had on Victoria Lane...but all the wonderful people we got to meet and host along the way.

The cauldron is in NC now and we hope to see you around the fire pit soon.

No matter where life takes you, keep listening to God and you will find blessings where you go.

We made it safely to North Carolina and are at our new property. We miss the green of the grapes and the beautiful sunsets but we love the green of the grass and trees here and the abundance of nature.

We get to pass off our property in Livermore to a lovely family who will keep doing events there, so we hope you will all keep coming out and enjoying that view! They make wine too :) (listing should stay on Peerspace. Or message me for contact info ).

We have a barn here with a full apartment in it and hope to make it a retreat of sorts. Perhaps some weddings or parties too outdoors. Definitely some farm to table dinners from the garden. Let us know if you want to come be our guests!

We are moving! It has been a long few months and God has opened many doors and closed others. We are extremely proud of the remodel we did here and all the work to leave this special place for its next owners. We never planned for it to be three short years, but we are excited for what lies ahead in North Carolina.

We count it among our biggest blessings to have been able to host so many people here and celebrate so much. Thank you to all who were a part of it with us.

We hatched our first chick! (Kind of on accident) This chicken insisted on sitting on this egg so we decided to leave it. We thought it was lost and hadn't seen it for a few weeks and suddenly, here was the chick. We are calling it "peep" until we make sure if its a chicken or rooster.

Good Morning from . As we begin to open things up we want to let you know that social bubbles (of any size you deem appropriate) are welcome here. If you are needing a little staycation, reach out. We have missed sharing the property with people and looking forward to having some parties and gatherings here starting July 1 including pool parties. Today would have been a beautiful day for a retirement party which had to be postponed. Praying we can all gather again soon. Not being able to share this space with others takes some of the sweetness out of these beautiful sights.

Sheltering in place over here. It makes us sad we cannot host the parties and celebrations planned this spring. So in the meantime we will keep working away on the property. Hopeful for a fun summer and fall.

Every day we wake up and are thankful that shelter in place, to us, means freedom to roam, a tasting room for our kids to build a rollerblade course in, and beauty that abounds.

It also means trying to keep restaurants running and making hard business decisions. Somedays this view is all that seems peaceful in life right now.

Taking it one prayerful day at a time and we pray you are all too.
