THANK YOU to all who came out Tuesdasy to support us and grab yourself a delicious Tuesday Weekly BOW (Beef on Weck) Special! We sold over 150 Sandwiches and for this small mom-n-pop shop, that was a-Mazzye-ing! We will be taking orders starting tomorrow for next Tuesday! We should have enough for walk-ins, but if you want it guaranteed, please call the shop at 315-457-3697 by Monday at noon!

Teres Major comes from the chuck section of the cow, right below its front leg and is the 2nd most-tender cut from a cow. However, Teres Major has a much richer flavor than tenderloin and is also a lot more economical! Because Teres Major sits just below the cow's leg, it remains melty tender with all the added flavor benefits of the leg. Stop in and grab yours and taste the difference! And young Leo does it again! Not only did he make beautiful Bone-In Ribeye with a Mushroom Wine Reduction, he cut the steaks himself!!! Amazing job all-the-way-around, Leo! We love that at just 13, he's determined to challenge himself and expand his knowledge in what he loves to do!!! You won't find many other teens so focused and it is just so refreshing! Thank you, Leo (and parents) for sharing with us!!! Truly warms our hearts!
