Come on out for BBQ at the brewery tonight! Pulled pork, beef brisket and Smoke-n-Fry wings! Try them with Pineapple Jalapeno sauce, sweet with a little tang at the end. BBQ is limited and may run out... until tomorrow!

Welcome! It's been a long time dream to have a mobile barbecue and catering business. I can finally start building this thanks to help from Van Hassler Brewing in Liverpool. I am starting by offering up my barbecue Wed - Sat, 4-9 at the brewery and booking catered events as needed. Please reach out with questions and stay tuned for updates! THANK YOU!
