A cook and a distiller walked into a gin project.

Men’s Journal reporter Gina Pace just featured Staple Gin, calling it “delicious in a martini.”

Staple started as a conversation between Rachael Ray and our distiller Brian Facquet about what gin would taste like if it were built the way a chef builds flavor.

So we did exactly that.

Distilled at Do Good Spirits from 100% New York corn, Staple layers culinary ingredients like tarragon, bergamot, Castelvetrano olives, and olive oil to create a gin that moves across the palate:
