Saturday may have been the first cattle show for the kids, but we spent that morning at the Overton County Ag. Fair showing pigs too! We had a wonderful time and are so thankful for all the hard work everyone involved with the show so willingly puts in. And a big, huge thank you to everyone that came out to support and help us. It takes a village to get these kids in the show ring and we are so thankful for ours. It was a long day and I don’t know that I would recommend 2 shows in one day to anyone, but a whole lot of fun was had and a whole lot of memories were made!

The Holt kids take on the Overton County Ag. Fair ! The first cattle show is officially in the books for kids and heifers. It was a learning experience for us all but everybody had a great time. There were a lot of people that pitched in and helped out yesterday and we are so thankful for their help, but we definitely owe SarahBeth Callicott and Seth troglin an extra special thank you for all they did yesterday and to Scott Burks for being a great coach!

The dust has finally settled on this past weekend and it was a really special one for us. Thank you to all of the buyers, bidders, attendees, and family and friends that made this year’s Angus Traditions sale our favorite one yet. We are so honored to have you all support this sale and we absolutely would not be able to do it without you all.

We want to give an extra special thank you to the Overton County 4-H Livestock Judging Team for helping park cars and serve food. You all did a great job!

The biggest thank you goes out to all of our family and friends who pitched in and helped out whenever and wherever. Anybody who has ever put on a sale knows how much work it is and you all helping get things ready beforehand and staying after to put it all back meant the world to us ❤️
