We wont be cooking this week, we’re working on a pasta for 200ppl for FFA today!

Working to go visit my daughter in Puerto Rico!!

Here we are on a few of my visits, cant wait to go there she just turned 17yrs old

How proud make me feel watching my boys follow my footsteps, when i used to think i had nothing to offer to my kids, that i wasn’t an example.
I started with a simple rule, get to work early, if you’re 15 minutes early, you’re on time, if you get there on time you’re late. Always shave and get a clean haircut, well one of them need work on that, right ivan? I always told them to learn breakfast. Any cook can make a dinner, a steak or a burger, not all cook knows breakfast and flip eggs. I showed them how to be a leader. Proud of my boys!!!

My oldest son,Chef Omar, i can’t explain how i feel right now, so proud cuz i know he worked hard, all of our conversations, arguments etc etc etc
Hard work paid off. Can’t wait to go Puerto Rico and try his food. My mom told him when he was a kid, you’re going to be a chef like your dad.
