Boudin Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
Hymel’s Kajun Kitchen recipes
Ingredients
- 2 portobello mushrooms
- 1 lb best stop boudin
- 4 slices of PepperJack cheese
- parmesan cheese to top
- 1 small bag of Zapps potato chips (crawtators)
- green onions to garnish
- cajun seasoning for mushrooms

Directions
Clean out your mushrooms and wash them off good then pat dry and season with cajun seasoning. Incase your boudin and stuff into mushrooms, next top with cheeses and put into a 350 degree oven for about 15-18 minutes then for better cheese bubbles and color broil for 3 mins on high. Take your bag of Zapps and beat with a meat cleaver or use your hand to crumble them. Take your mushrooms out the oven and layer on your chip crumble and garnish with green onions! Baw Dat Good Yeah!!!
