Hensley Produce Fresh vegetable farm and market owned and operated by Larry & Shirley Hensley. Located at 369 Larry Hensley Rd, Livingston, Texas 77351.

We are a seasonal business. Usually open from the middle of May until July. We sell from our home market most days (depending on what vegetables have been harvested). Please call ahead before coming out though to make sure someone is available.

Our gardens here at Hensley Produce are winding down and will be over in just a couple of weeks, but we’re still harvesting plenty of fresh, delicious fruits and vegetables in the meantime!

We’ll be open Saturday, June 20th, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM with:
- 400 lbs of red tomatoes
- 200 watermelons
- Purple hull peas
- Yellow squash
- Zucchini
- Cucumbers
- Peppers
- Onions
- Potatoes
Come grab some while it lasts and enjoy some fresh, locally grown produce!

It is HOT & we are TIRED, so we will be closed on Friday and will open again on Saturday from 8am to 2pm.

But we do want to say how much we enjoyed having a sweet group of local homeschool kids and their parents out at Hensley Produce today. The kids learned how to pick cucumbers, tomatoes, squash, watermelons, and peas. They all went home with a bag of fresh produce they picked themselves, along with their own watermelon they helped pull from the field.

We love sharing our love of farming with the younger generation and helping them see where their food comes from. ❤️

Larry & Shirley say this will be their last year to have a big garden and run the produce stand. But what an amazing crop of watermelons this is, if this is their final year. This morning Larry & crew pulled over 350 watermelons out of the field.
