Hensley Produce Fresh vegetable farm and market owned and operated by Larry & Shirley Hensley. Located at 369 Larry Hensley Rd, Livingston, Texas 77351.

We are a seasonal business. Usually open from the middle of May until July. We sell from our home market most days (depending on what vegetables have been harvested). Please call ahead before coming out though to make sure someone is available.

Hensley Produce is open today (Friday, July 3rd) from 8:30am to 1pm with the last harvest from the garden - red & green tomatoes, canning tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, cucumbers, fresh eggs, and a very limited supply of purple hull peas.

So, Shirley is OPENING THE PRODUCE STAND TOMORROW (Friday, July 3rd) from 8:30am to 1pm with red and green tomatoes, canning tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, peppers and eggplants.

Closing day of Hensley Produce!

Selling produce, visiting with our sweet customers and taking lots of pictures - what a great way to wrap up the produce stand for the year.

We are open today until 2pm with red and green tomatoes, canning tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, a small amount of purple hull peas (by the pound only), peppers (banana, bell, fool-you, cubanelle & jalapeno), eggplants, fresh eggs, and onions.

FINAL DAY THE PRODUCE STAND WILL BE OPEN — SATURDAY 8am to 2pm

The garden has served us well this year, but most of it has come to an end. Saturday (6/27/26) will be the final day Hensley Produce will be open for the season.
Available on Saturday:
- Red tomatoes
- Green tomatoes
- Cherry tomatoes
- Canning tomatoes
- Peppers
- Eggplants
- Onions,
- A very limited supply of squash & cucumbers.

Update at 10:30 am, Shirley has 3 bushels of purple hull peas available. Please call her at 936-329-5665, if you would like a bushel. $60/bushel in the hull or $4/lb.

Larry & Shirley are working on wrapping up the garden for the year. The produce stand will be open 2 final days for this season - Thursday (6/25) from 8am to noon and Saturday (6/27) from 8am to 2pm.

Tomorrow (Thursday) we will have a very small amount of watermelons, a limited supply of purple hull peas, as many tomatoes as you need, yellow squash, cucumbers, peppers, onions and potatoes. Everything is first come, first served tomorrow.

We are at the end of gardening season and this is the last week our produce stand will be open. Tomorrow (Tuesday, June 23rd) we will open from 8am to 1pm with tomatoes and watermelons, along with whatever other veggies we have time to get picked.

Happy Father’s Day to our farmer, Larry, and all the other amazing dads out there!

Hensley Produce will be closed Monday, June 22, so we can get some produce picked from our gardens; we will reopen on Tuesday from 8am to 1pm.
