Below is our revised Market Schedule. We will be at the Shenandoah Elementary Fall Fest on October 3rd from 11am-5pm. This will be our first time in the Baton Rouge area. We can’t wait to introduce our PawPaw’s Quail Farm products to Baton Rouge.

Do you like Pickled Quail Eggs? You need to try our Pickled Quail Eggs. We have 4 flavors available. We have our Original Mild Flavor. It has the perfect amount of seasoning without the heat. We have our Asian style eggs. Think of a sweet Asian flavor that you would get from a General Tso Sauce. These are perfect to put in Ramen Noodles for added protein. We have our Bloody Mary eggs. These are seasoned perfectly with Bloody Mary Mix, added spices and okra. These are a big hit and if you like Bloody Mary’s, these are perfect to put on a toothpick and drop in your drink or just eat straight out of the jar. We also have my favorite which is Cajun Crab Boil. These eggs start off the same as our Original Mild Flavor. Then we add our own line of line of Seafood Boil mix and liquid crab boil for that perfect balance of flavor with a little heat on the back end. Finally we have our Bayou Pickled Garlic. Our Pickled Garlic uses the same seasonings as our Cajun Crab Boil Eggs. The Garlic is parboiled to help soften it. Then added to jars containing onions and jalapeños. You won’t believe the taste until you try it. It’s perfect to add to beans or eat out of the jar. Some have even told me they spread it on the hamburger buns for that extra kick.
