Hi Friends, join us this Saturday at Motorcity Nutrition for Gentle Yoga and Meditation to De-Stress and Re-connect with our spirit.

We have joined with Queen Bee Wellness Yoga and Meditation

This Gentle Restorative style of Yoga is for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. If you are looking to de-stress and unwind please join us and choose to give your mind, body and soul the gift of wellness and well-being.

Only $15 per person this will include a small shake and tea combo
