Another Detroit Bagel Family celebration. Happy Birthday, Evan🎉 Evan has worked for my father for the last 6 years. Evan went to baking school and learned how we can improve our bagel making and baking process. Evan taught us how to make the best cookies and muffins. He works full time and arrives to work at 4am everyday. He is extremely dedicated. We appreciate him and his love for Detroit Bagel.

We have been working hard to perfect our new vegan menu. 3 varieties of cream cheese, pizza bagels, and our delicious breakfast sandwiches. Don't forget to get our delicious homemade cream cheese. We make 90lbs of cream cheese every day to keep up with demand. The most popular flavors are plain, scallion, garlic-onion, and veggie.
