Scotch whisky has been crafted in Scotland for centuries and, by law, must be made and aged there for at least three years in oak barrels. From the smoky whiskies of Islay to the smooth, honeyed malts of the Highlands and Speyside, there's a Scotch to suit just about every palate and go down, down into your belly. 🥃

On an unrelated note - we've discovered that you only have to type the word "scotch" about four times in a row before it starts to look wrong and lose all meaning. Scotch. 🥃

Oh dang - we almost forgot it was National Grand Marnier Day! (no idea how that could've happened)

If you didn't know, Grand Marnier was created in France in 1880 by Louis-Alexandre Marnier Lapostolle, who had the wild idea of blending fine cognac with exotic Caribbean bitter orange liqueur - and it seems to have worked out just fine.

It's good sipped alone, or in cocktails like a top-shelf (or Cadillac, if you will) Margarita, Sidecar, Cosmopolitan ... oh, and it's also good served chilled over ice cream.
