Not the most exciting thing to spend money on 😂 but definitely one of those big investments that matters.

So thankful for my mom and the way she continues to invest in this building, our family business, and this little corner of Llano.

There are so many behind-the-scenes parts of owning a small-town business that people never really see — repairs, improvements, maintenance, and all the not-so-fun stuff that keeps the doors open.

This roof was a BIG expense, but it also feels really special knowing we’re continuing to put love, care, and money back into a place we hope serves this community for a long time.

New roof, same little corner we love. 🤍

The Witching Hour has arrived. 👻💜💚

This one is serving full October energy with a deep purple blend of all organic ingredients! Açaí, blueberries, tart cherries, banana, house-made JOI almond milk, organic maple, organic dates, lucuma, and chia — topped with our house-made coconut matcha whipped cream.

And yes, she’s pretty… but she’s got benefits too. ✨
Antioxidant-rich berries, fiber, healthy fats, potassium, and naturally energizing matcha all packed into one spooky little cup.

Sweet. Tart. Creamy. Purple + green perfection.

No tricks. Just real ingredients.
Available for October only. 🎃

We’re back, Llano 💚

A little rested, very grateful, and ready to get back to serving our community.

The blenders are spinning, the juice is cold, the açaí bowls are stacked, the toast is toasted—and yes, the grilled cheese is absolutely back too. 😏

Come grab your favorite smoothie, raw cold-pressed juice, açaí bowl, toast, grilled cheese, or take a little stroll through our local mercantile and see what’s new from some of our favorite makers and farms.

We missed our people, and we’re so happy to be back behind the counter doing what we love.

Come see us this week. 💚

We’re CLOSED Sept. 14–22. 💚

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your business is step away from it for a minute.

Our family needed a little time to slow down, be together, rest, reset, and just breathe without a to-do list staring us in the face. 😂

We love this little shop more than we can explain, but we also know JOTC is better when the people behind it are rested and happy too.

Thank you for supporting our family, loving this place, stocking up before we closed, and giving us the space to take a much-needed break.

We’ll be back Wednesday, Sept. 23 9am-5pm— grateful, recharged, and ready for all the fall goodness. 🍂💚

And yes… we’ll miss y’all. But we’re still taking the break. 😏

We are so proud of one of our favorite vendors! They have worked very hard at setting up their virtual farm stand for inside our shop! From now on you’ll be able to buy their items from our shop and 💯 of the profit goes to them directly. We can’t thank you enough for supporting our community and the makers that help make our shop stand out!
