Beef! It’s what’s for dinner!

Pan seared in a butter sauce and topped with garlic at the end. Our beef is rotationally grazed across our 30 acres of pasture, and finished with our custom mixed grain. The end result is some delicious, juicy red marbled steak!

Whats for dinner tonight??

A huge sirloin steak from Harmony Pond Farms! It is so beautifully marbled. (This is a half sheet pan for reference!)

Going to cube it up, season with Cajun, sear it in brown butter. Then put together a creamy Parmesan sauce. Fold some of the steak cubes in, and serve over rigatoni 😋
