Prairie’s Indulge Me is everything the name promises. This bourbon barrel aged imperial stout from Prairie Artisan Ales comes loaded with toasted coconut, chocolate chips, and cake mix. At 14.9% it’s a serious pour, but it’s one of those stouts that somehow goes down like dessert.

Gravedigger Billy (2022) is on draft, and yes, he wore the kilt 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Revolution Brewing aged this Scotch ale in bourbon barrels, so you get a little smoke, plenty of American oak and a warm finish that does most of the talking. It’s 14.2%, so the 9oz pour is plenty. Pull up a stool and sip it slow.
