✨ Weight loss can change your body, but selflove changes your life. ✨

You can lose as much weight as you want, but if you don’t learn to love the person beneath the skin, you’ll never find lasting happiness.

Well, today’s intended long run was a reality check. Yesterday I only ate one meal, spent hours walking around the city with friends, and barely hydrated. So when I struggled through my run this morning, it wasn’t exactly a shock. 😅

Consider me thoroughly reminded to fuel and hydrate properly. 🙃💦🏃🏼‍♀️

Turns out running away from my problems actually worked. 🏃🏼‍♀️✨June 2024 —> May 2026

High Protein Banana Oat PB Chip Cookies 🍪 🍌

Ingredients
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• 1 cup old-fashioned oats
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I only had pb flavor)
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2-3 tbsp sugar-free peanut butter chips

• Optional:
• ½ tsp cinnamon (I definitely recommend😍)
• pinch of salt
• 1-2 tbsp almond milk if mixture is too thick
• 4-5 dark chocolate chips on top before baking

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mash bananas until smooth.
3. Stir in vanilla, protein powder, oats, and chia seeds.
4. Fold in peanut butter chips.
5. Let mixture sit 5 minutes so oats and chia absorb moisture. (I chilled mine in the freezer for an hour while I made dinner)
6. Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.(top with dark chocolate chips if desired)
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.

Per Cookie: (I made my batch into 12)

~80–95 calories each

Estimated Protein:

Around 5–7g protein per cookie depending on the protein powder used.
