I’m really excited about the newest creation - chipotle pickled cabbage! BUT there is a learning curve… the adobo chipotle pepper sauce is not mixing in! No amount of shaking seems to be making it disperse. Back to the drawing board in method but the flavor is 👌

Let’s talk about the real cost of good pickled onions… 😅

Every batch = tears.
No, really.

We slice pounds and pounds of onions by hand, and at this point… we’ve fully embraced the chaos — including breaking out the kids’ swimming goggles just to survive prep day 😂

But that’s how you get that perfect crisp, tangy, small-batch goodness.

Speaking of cost… this batch is $6 each instead of the regular $8! I guess my squishing arms were feeling weak and the jars seem less packed than I usually create!! Grab them while you can! Ha.. get it.. can..
