One year ago, we opened the doors to Birch Hill Bistro.

You watched us grow from a counter serving tasting menus on paper plates into a neighborhood bistro filled with memories, celebrations, and familiar faces.

To everyone who came back, brought someone new, shared a meal or a drink with us, celebrated a special occasion, supported the market, purchased a Gold Card, or simply walked through our doors — thank you.

This first year has been exciting, humbling, challenging, and incredibly rewarding. More than anything, we’re grateful for the community that has grown around Birch Hill.

And to our entire team — past and present, across both the market and bistro — thank you for believing in what we’re building and for all the work that goes into it every day.
