Rizer's is also a favorite eatery known for its lunch buffet and Steak Nights. You know the places… cozy country establishments where the people are friendly, the tea is sweet and the food is fresh. That’s Rizer’s Pork & Produce, a store, restaurant and catering business in the small town of Lodge, SC. The Rizer family has been farming hogs and growing vegetables since I.N. Two of their sons joine

d the family farm and, in 2000, opened Rizer’s Pork & Produce to sell their homegrown vegetables and pork products. Located in Colleton County, it is worth the drive down a two-lane road to reach Rizer’s for a country buffet lunch or one of the bi-monthly steak nights.

At Rizer's Pork and Produce our aim is to get great tasting wholesome vegetables to our customers. We take great care in the production of our vegetables, so you know they are safe and delicious. We currently have in stock fresh cream peas, crowder peas, pinkeye peas, and green butterbeans. We also have a limited number of speckled butterbeans. If you are interested in the speckles, you need to call us at 843-866-2645 so we can hold them today only for you. They will probably be gone tomorrow.

Our surf and turf lunch will be out on our buffet today from 11am to 2pm. Our menu today consists of rice, mac and cheese, fatback, BBQ and hash, sausage off the grill, collards, cream peas, green butterbeans, pinkeye peas, speckled butterbeans, fried chicken, fried shrimp, boiled shrimp, flounder, salmon, fried pork chops, BBQ ribs, slaw, rolls, banana pudding, pound cake, ice cream, tea and lemonade. Rizer's Pork and Produce would like to thank all the many patrons that dined in our establishment for Steak Night Saturday. It was a great crowd, and we really appreciate the business!! In two weeks our last Steak Night for the year will be upon us. Make plans now to attend on Saturday, August 22 for Steak Night at Rizer's. We will have a Tomahawk Challenge for our last steak night of 2026.

As usual our lunch buffet will open this week from 11am to 2pm. Our country lunch buffet on Wednesday will feature our famous brisket and all of our fresh vegetables off our farm.

We are currently picking pinkeye, cream and crowder peas. And, we also have green butterbeans. Give us a call now at 843-866-2645 to place your order or just stop by and pick up a couple if bags,

Good morning from Rizer's Pork and Produce!! Today and Saturday is surf and turf day at Rizer's. We will be featuring rice, mac and cheese, fatback, BBQ and hash, sausage, collards, cream, crowder and pinkeye peas, green butterbeans, hamburger steak, fried chicken, fried shrimp, flounder, salmon, boiled shrimp, pork chops, BBQ ribs, slaw, rolls, banana pudding, ice cream, pound cake, tea and lemonade for the low low price of just $21/person all you can eat. An inflation busting meal for you!!

This Saturday night is our second to last Steak Night for 2026. Mark your calendars now to attend tomorrow night from 5pm to 9pm. You can enjoy a great tasting juicy ribeye or T-bone steak, fried or grilled pork chop plate, shrimp plate, salad, chicken tender plate and so much more. Our side will consist of our fresh vegetables off of our farm as well as shrimp and grits. We also will offer a free blooming onion to each group that dines in and orders an entree from our menu.
