Reminder, we are CLOSED for the 2026 season. But, we wanted to share this yummy recipe with you!

Blueberry Cucumber Refresher
Ingredients
⅔ cup cold water
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup cucumber, roughly chopped , plus 1 thinly cut lengthwise piece for garnish
2 teaspoons of fresh ginger, peeled (about a 1/2-inch piece)
3 mint leaves
3 ounces club soda to top, chilled

Instructions
-Add water, lime juice, honey, blueberries, cucumber, ginger, and mint leaves to a blender.
-Blend on high speed until completely combined.
-Strain the mixture through a fine metal sieve into a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda.
-Garnish the refresher by threading the lengthwise cucumber slice onto a cocktail skewer to create a wavy pattern, then add blueberries on the end of the skewer to hold the cucumber in place.

Variations
-Swap honey for maple syrup or simple syrup if desired.
-You can swap mint for fresh basil if desired.
-Spike it with your favorite adult beverage.

Blueberries are incredibly versatile & healthy! These Blueberry Balsamic Chicken Lettuce Wraps (recipe below) look fantastic for dinner on a hot evening. What's your favorite thing to do with fresh berries?

The farm is open Thursday through Sunday 8 am to 1 pm. We're located at 5288 W Kile Rd Lodi CA. You pick berries are $5.00 per pound & pre-picked berries are $6.30.

Ingredients
2 lettuce leaves, washed and dried
3 ½ ounces cooked chicken breast, cubed
1/4 cup blueberries
1 ounce feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 ounce pecans, crushed
1/2 tablespoon balsamic glaze
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving platter and top with the chicken and blueberries, dividing evenly between the lettuce leaves.
Top with feta cheese and pecans; drizzle with balsamic glaze, and salt and pepper to taste.

Variations:
Use your favorite lettuce of choice, including butterhead (or Bibb), romaine lettuce, little gem lettuce, iceberg, or green leaf lettuce.
Substitute pecans for almonds or walnuts if desired.
Substitute feta cheese for goat cheese if desired.
