Funny how things come full circle.
We used to run sheep through this vineyard for organic w**d control—Basque sheepherders, just doing their thing.
My neighbor didn’t know it at the time, but he was Basque too. He had been adopted and only found out later in life.
That connection stuck with him… so much that he created a wine called Basque Brothers.
This vineyard might be coming out—but the stories it created aren’t going anywhere.
