The 2025 harvest really came to an end with the Riesling Ice Wine finally in the press. Picked at 15 degrees F on Jan. 20, 2026, this wine will be labelled as a 2026 wine, because that was the year we picked it. Bringing the grapes in on this day were, from left, volunteer Aaron Young's, and long-time Boundary Breaks Vineyard team members John Seick, Kees Stapel and Jesse Kovnat. This Ice Wine will be a good one for many, many years to come.
