🍷 A Vertical Flight highlighting the past 30 Years of Cabernet Franc at Wagner!

We hosted a special guest this week in the Library, and it gave us the opportunity to put together something really unique: a vertical flight of Cabernet Franc with 12 tastings spanning 30 years!

The flight allowed us to explore the versatility of the grape, examining Cab Franc in its various forms from a Meritage blend, to a Rosé, to an Ice Wine. It also revealed the flavorful changes and intricacies it can develop over time in the bottle.
