As beef prices continue to climb at grocery stores, local farmers and ranchers are feeling the squeeze, too. At Cache Valley Meats, we believe there’s a better way to bring quality meat to your table while supporting the people who raise it.
We wanted to share how you guys can do that. We offer :
🐄 WHOLE & HALF BEEF — $4.99/LB
🐖 WHOLE & HALF PORK — $3.89/LB
These prices are based on the animal’s hanging weight and include both the cost of the animal from the farmer and our professional cutting and wrapping right here at Cache Valley Meats!
💰 WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR YOUR FAMILY?
🥩 HALF BEEF
• Typical hanging weight: 700–900 lbs for a whole beef
• Estimated cost for a half: $1,700–$2,200
• Includes hamburger, roasts, steaks, and more, all cut and packaged to your preferences!
🐖 HALF PIG
• Typical hanging weight: 180–200 lbs for a whole pig
• Estimated cost for a half: $350–$400
When you order a half or whole animal, you’ll work with our butchers using a detailed cut sheet to choose how you want your meat cut, packaged, and prepared. You get the cuts your family loves, packaged and ready for your freezer!

Our beef is grass-fed and grain-finished, producing excellent quality with many animals reaching high Choice and sometimes Prime quality.
We work directly with local farmers and ranchers, agreeing on fair pricing that works for both the producer and the consumer. That means helping keep business in our local agricultural community while giving families another option for stocking their freezers with quality meat at a predictable price.
