Hey just want to share
That we had a semi truck pull down our PHONE and THE INTERNET lines from
The poles..since March 23rd
( 9 days ago) and the company is not very helpful.
We have been customers with
FRONTIER for a long time , never been treated like this.
Cant reach anyone to talk to and let them know our lines are down. No contact .....
AND NO PLANS TO FIX OUR LINES UNTIL NEXT MONDAY.... 12 DAYS
how would you like that????
Oh im upset...... No o e is explaining anything to us. We did get one promise from some one that our phone would be fixed the following
Monday (5) days after the accident...
Someone at FRONTIER
NEEDS. TO CALL US.
